  • Chef EdRIP Chef Edward - It is with a very heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of Chef Edward Nowakowski. In the last few weeks Ed went to the doctor because he was getting so very tired and was suffering with pains. Examination showed he had advanced stomach cancer. The funeral will be held on Monday, 12:30 PM, at The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, in Doylestown, PA, next to his loving wife Julia. We are all in shock about his passing. We know that Edward was a mentor and good friend to so many people here in Memphis, and I'm sure in many other locations where he worked. He will be sorely missed.
    Go with God, Chef Ed!
